Professional service in Nairobi

Welcome to Cylind Erball Cloud

Anti-tamper hardware for self-service terminal readers: protective bezels, detection modules and fascia designs that make an unauthorised attachment visible rather than invisible. A security incident does more than expose data: it forces the terminal out of service, and that location is left with all its demand at the teller desk. That is exactly what we work on: an attachment nobody noticed for days.

Hardware questions

Fitting protection across an estate

No. Bezels and detection modules mount to the existing fascia without cutting or drilling into the unit, which keeps the manufacturer's own arrangements intact. Fitting is typically twenty minutes and the terminal goes straight back into service.
Once a skimming device or tampering is found, the machine is taken out of service until the review is complete. The location is left with less capacity and transactions move to the teller desk. Reducing those incidents is also reducing downtime.
It should be invisible to a customer using the machine normally. Where a bezel design would change how a card is presented, we say so at survey and offer an alternative rather than trading usability for protection.
Every one, if the budget allows. Risk ranking pushes protection towards busy locations, but attempts concentrate where observation is poor, which is usually the quiet site nobody prioritised.
For active suspicions we work to a 24-hour response: physical inspection of the fascia, review of the card reader and keypad, and analysis of the machine logs. The aim is to return the terminal to service with certainty, not to leave it switched off as a precaution.
Yes, and we schedule visits around store hours so customer service is not interrupted. Each branch of the chain keeps its own service history.
